Right now, your case feels like a heavy burden.

Let me lift that weight off your shoulders.

To My Fellow KC Cyclists:

It’s the best feeling, riding down the road while the breeze sifts through the holes in your helmet down to your hair. When I ride, I stay safe.

I want to make sure you do the same. Stay protected and alert for your own safety, and know your rights.

Stand up for yourself today.
Make the community better overall.

Whether it’s your employer, an insurance company, or the criminal justice system that’s working against you, you need to fight for justice.

Everyone should be held accountable for the safety of others. This is fundamental to making a safe community for us all. When I hold people accountable for their actions, I do their part for them.

Holding others accountable can be inconvenient, but it’s a vital part of doing the right thing. If a doctor inflicts personal injury with malpractice, for example, they need to be brought to justice.

My firm is guided by these basic principles of justice. I follow them because they pave the path to a place where you can feel safe. You shouldn’t have to feel like the world is working against you. If your employer has harassed you or denied overtime, do your part for future employees.

Contact me and hold them accountable for their actions. If they continue undisturbed, their misdeeds may spiral to eat away at the system that brings us all security. If you hire me, you get an attorney invested in the well-being of the community. Ride the path with me to get the justice you need.

Community Involvement

Sunflowers to Roses: volunteer, supporter, & former board member

It means a lot to me to have been involved in Kansas City’s Sunflowers to Roses bike ride, which raises awareness and money to fight cancer. The ride fits with my values to promote cycling as a safe family activity. Sunflowers to Roses shows that anyone can come out of a tough situation with grace and dignity.

Tour de BBQ: Planning board member

It’s my pleasure to have served as a board member for the Tour de BBQ, an urban, 62-mile bike tour around Kansas City with periodic stops for barbecue at the city’s well-known restaurants. All funds go to the University of Kansas Cancer Center Survivorship Transition Clinic, a program for young-adult survivors.
